If you thought air fryers were only good for making healthier french fries, think again. You can actually cook entire meals in an air fryer!

I’ve been having so much fun lately experimenting with my new air fryer. I don’t often turn to kitchen gadgets to cook my meals, but when the food comes out this tasty — and this quickly! — I get hooked.

For me, a good air fryer pork chop should be moist and tender on the inside, and super juicy when you cut into it. That’s exactly what you get with this recipe.

I opted to make the air fryer pork chops with no breading. To me, breading the pork chops is an unnecessary extra step. I didn’t want them to crisp up on the outside, I just wanted them to be perfectly cooked and flavorful!

These air fryer pork chops are made with basic ingredients I can almost guarantee you have on hand:

  • Boneless pork chops
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Salt and pepper

Note that the pork chops should be about 1/2 inch thick. If they’re any thicker than that, you’ll need to increase the cook time.

Tips for the Best Air Fryer Pork Chops

  • I used 1/2 inch thick pork chops to make this recipe. If your pork chops are a different size, you’ll need to adjust the cook time accordingly.
  • You’re welcome to season the pork chops with whatever spice blend you like! This is a very versatile recipe.
  • Make sure to place the pork chops in an even layer in your air fryer. If the pork chops overlap, they’ll take longer to cook.
