These Blueberry Cheesecake Pops taste like your favorite baked good, in frozen form. Filled with a cream cheese mixture that’s studded with blueberries, these pops take just minutes to make and are perfect for cooling off with on a hot, summer day!
When I was little, I looked forward to having frozen treats, especially during the summer. There’s nothing quite like biting into an ice cream cone or licking a frozen pop to cool you down.
When the ice cream truck rolled around (which wasn’t nearly as often as I see it now!), I always bought my favorite treat, a bomb pop! I still buy those every once in a while from the grocery store. Do you remember push-ups? I used to adore those, too…I think they had a Flintstone kind, and I always called them “push-cups” when I was little. Oh, the memories!
Nowadays, since my tastes have advanced just a little, I like to feel a little more classy and “adult-like” when I eat my frozen treats. Ok, so that’s not entirely the case, especially when I buy bomb pops. But, I was in the mood for a more sophisticated pop today.
Since it’s officially summer, I decided to break out my frozen pop molds and get creative. And since these Peanut Butter Pie Pops from last summer were a favorite of yours (and mine!), I decided to make another frozen treat.
These Blueberry Cheesecake Pops taste like your favorite baked good, in frozen form. Filled with a cream cheese mixture that’s studded with blueberries, these pops take just minutes to make and are perfect for cooling off with on a hot, summer day!
Just like those peanut butter pie pops, I used Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Almondmilk Vanilla Unsweetened as part of the ingredients in this blueberry version. It gives these pops a touch of vanilla flavor and is made from ingredients that I know and trust.
If you love blueberries and cheesecake, then this frozen treat is perfect for you! These Blueberry Cheesecake Pops are sweet and smooth, with the subtle taste of cheesecake. It’s a dessert that you can feel good about eating, especially when the days are hot.
And like most of my recipes, these pops are a breeze to whip up! You simply add the ingredients to a blender and then blend away. Pour the mixture into your pop molds and then freeze for several hours. And that’s it!
These Blueberry Cheesecake Pops are perfect for when you’re craving cheesecake, but without all of the prep work. They also make the most delicious treat for when you want something cool, quick and easy. So grab that blender and whip up a batch of these delicious cheesecake pops. I guarantee you’ll love this fun flavor!
Looking for more frozen treats? I’ve got you covered!

I did love those PB ones you made last year. Epic. But these are looking pretty amazing, too! The idea of a cheesecake popsicle is pretty amazing!
Thanks, Mir!
Frozen treats are seriously the best (year round!) I’m in love with these pops – what a gorgeous color 🙂
Thank you, Megan!
Dear Gayle, this is my kind of frozen treat..love this guilt free pop! Sounds so good! xo, Catherine

Oh my gosh, blueberry cheesecake is one of my FAVS! I love that you put it in popsicle form!! It’s been so hot lately around here I think I need these for breakfast. 😉

These look so creamy and dreamy, Gayle!!! I can’t wait to try ’em! Blueberry meets cheesecake meets pops? Yes, please. I’ll take the entire batch and eat all week 🙂 I remember those push ups that you are taking about and you totally just made me remember another one…remember those cone shaped ones with the gum ball in there? They were a classic too. Now, I’m getting hungry, lol. Thanks for another awesome recipe, girl! Pinning, of course!!
Thank you, Dawn! These pops are a favorite of mine. The cheesecake and blueberry combo is so good! And yes! I totally remember those cone shaped treats with the gumballs. Oh, the memories! 🙂
The color of these is seriously stunning!! Who doesn’t love a not-so-bad-for-you cheesecake?!
Thank you, Sues!
Oh, Gayle, this line totally made me laugh: “since my tastes have advanced just a little.” Just a tiny bit, eh? 😉 Well, my friend, there’s no need to be classy with me! However, I’m very impressed by how you classed up this frozen treat. I mean, blueberry cheesecake is already delicious, but then you make it in popsicle form and it’s instant bliss. These look so delish, G! Hoping you have an awesome week. Pinning, of course! xo
Thanks for the kind words and pin, Demeter! I “try” to sound just a little more classy now that I’m an adult haha! 🙂 It doesn’t always work out, though!
I always loved push-ups and bomb pops! And my favorite pops to make at home are ones that are cheesecake inspired so I’m loving these! I love that these are lightened up with Greek yogurt and blueberries are one of my favorite varieties of produce in the summer. These look delicious!
Thank you, Marcie! Cheesecake pops really are the best, aren’t they? 🙂
I must have missed the memo about popsicle week, but I am loving all the popsicle recipes around at the moment. These are such a beautiful colour as well Gayle!
Thanks, Dannii! Didn’t know it was popsicle week either…I just love making them!
I called them push-pops, but I use to love those things! Never had a bomb pop though… you better bet I am googling that as soon as I’m done commenting here. 😉 Summer definitely requires popsicles on repeat and this flavor is fabulous, Gayle!! I looove cheesecake, but I’m pretty sure I am going to love these cheesecake flavored pops even more!! So pretty and I bet they taste even better! Pinned! Cheers, girlfriend!
What?! You’ve never had a bomb pop?! You must run and get them NOW! 🙂 Thanks for the kind words and pin, friend!
Those Flintstones ice cream things were the best. I always felt so cool when I got one. Haha. I’m loving the blueberry cheesecake flavor here! Great summer treat!

Push ups were my favorite when I was a kid! Oh, the memories! 🙂
I love the pretty color of these blueberry cheesecake pops, Gayle! My kids have been asking when we can make popsicles, so I think I will make these with them this week!
Weren’t push ups so good? I loved the orange flavor the best, which is strange since that’s typically not my favorite! 🙂 And I think your kids would love these…they’re so fun to make, too!
The kids and I made these together and they are so good!! They’re already asking when we can make them again. 🙂
I’m so glad you all enjoyed these, Kristine! I’ve made them twice, once with strawberries, and they’re my favorite! 🙂
Great recipe! It looks like it would be fun to make on a hot, summer day.
Thank you, DJ!

So I almost made some blueberry popsicles this weekend and ended up making some peanut butter ones instead. But, I did just get a new popsicle mold so I’m going to have to try these out! They look delicious and I love the cheesecake flavor too, yum!
I made peanut butter pops last year and they’re still one of my favorites, although blueberry is so good, too! Thanks, Danielle!

I don’t remember the push pop or bomb pops sadly. I was a super picky eater as a kid and I think the only pops I ate were fudgesicles 🙂 Fortunately my taste buds have matured a bit too! Now I can enjoy treats like this. Love the color on these pops!
Thank you for the kind words, Sherri!
Push Pops were my favorite!! Loving the color, of course….but the flavor here takes the (blueberry cheese) cake! Couldn’t resist! ha!
Haha thank you, Annie! You are so right…these definitely take the CAKE! 🙂

These are such a gorgeous shade of purple!!
Thanks, Kelly!
This recipe couldn’t have come at a better time, Gayle! I just went blueberry picking over the weekend, so I’m making anything and everything I can with blueberries. These look so refreshing – perfect for these hot days we’ve been having!

I want to make these so bad but I’m allergic to yogurt! Are there any subs or would it be okay to skip?
Hi Erin! I’ve never made these without yogurt, so I can’t say for sure how it would affect the taste. But, you could definitely leave it out…the texture will just be a bit thinner, not as creamy. Hope you enjoy!
