This Blueberry Sorbet Punch is light, refreshing, and perfect for summer. With just four ingredients and hardly any prep time, you can have this drink ready to sip on in no time!

Now that Memorial Day has come and gone, and most schools in my area are done for the next few months, it’s really beginning to feel like summer.

If I really stretch my imagination, it even feels like summer vacation to me, even though I’m not ten years old and on an actual summer vacation from school. But, I just get those certain smells and feelings that whisks me back to my childhood.

I’ve mentioned this before, but when it’s mid-August and kids are returning to school, I can almost smell the back-to-school air and get that feeling that I will be starting a new school year. Luckily, my school days are long over and I don’t get those nervous, first-day jitters feeling.

But, back to summer, even though I’m an adult, I still look forward to these months with eager anticipation. The warm weather, longer days, barbecues, festivals, sunshine, and fun seem to be awaiting around every corner. And since I’m a food blogger, I love embracing this time of the year by making some summer recipes.

This Blueberry Sorbet Punch is light, refreshing, and perfect for summer. With just four ingredients and hardly any prep time, you can have this drink ready to sip on in no time!

Even though it may be warm outside, I still like to start out my mornings with a hot cup of coffee (iced when I’m in the mood) and end the day with a warm cup of tea. It helps me start or ease into the end of my days, and it’s something that I always look forward to. And my sweetener of choice happens to be Born Sweet Zing™ Zero Calorie Stevia Sweetener.

Born Sweet Zing™ Zero Calorie Stevia Sweetener is made with no artificial ingredients and zero calories. Sounds pretty good, right? It’s the perfect way to add a touch of sweetness to your foods and drinks. Sprinkle some into your coffee, tea, smoothies, or over fruit and other dishes. Just one packet has the same sweetness as two teaspoons of sugar.

Ever since I discovered Born Sweet Zing™ Zero Calorie Stevia Sweetener, I’ve been hooked. It makes the perfect addition to my morning cup of coffee, and sweetens up my afternoon fruit. Since I use this product practically every day, I decided to put my creativity to use by using the Zing™ Zero Calorie Stevia Sweetener to make the perfect summer drink.

If you’re anything like me, cold and refreshing drinks signify summer and all things full of fun in the sun. Whenever I’m outside, I immediately long for a quenching drink, and this Blueberry Sorbet Punch definitely hits the spot.

Filled with tangy blueberries, sparkling lime water, Born Sweet Zing™ Zero Calorie Stevia Sweetener, and raspberry sorbet, this drink takes just minutes to make. It’s light on taste, but full of flavor. The mixture of blueberries and sparkling lime water create the perfect base for the refreshing sorbet.

And since Pumpkin ‘N Spice is all about the easy recipes, you can guarantee that this Blueberry Sorbet Punch is a breeze to prepare. Simply add all of the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. Spoon a scoop of raspberry sorbet into each glass, pour in the liquid, and top with a lime slice.

One sip and you’ll crown this drink the hit of summer. It’s refreshing, crisp, and packed with just a hint of sweetness. This sorbet punch is also a delicious drink to serve up for those summer parties, get-togethers, or just for when you want to relax in the sun. But whatever the case may be, I guarantee you’ll be hooked on the sweet taste of this Blueberry Sorbet Punch!

Oh thank goodness we don't have to deal with those first-day jitters anymore! Especially with the fact that our jobs are so computer-based. Lol. I'm thinking this summer, we all put the computers away a bit, grab a few glasses of this blueberry sorbet punch and go out to get a tan! ;) Love that you made this with so few ingredients, Gayle. Simple and delicious as always. Looking forward to seeing more of your summer recipes. Pinning, of course! xo

I always start my morning with iced coffee, even in the winter, so I certainly don't think it's weird if you start yours with a hot cup in the summer! Love this punch, Gayle! Absolutely beautiful and I adore that it's super easy to whip together! This is perfect for the summer! Pinned, of course. Cheers! P.S. I don't miss the first day of school jitters, but for some reason I still have the occasional nightmare where I'm at school naked. ;) lol.
