These Caprese Veggie Burgers are jam-packed with flavor and topped with tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella cheese. If you love anything filled with caprese ingredients, then these burgers were made for you!

Happy Monday, friends! Whether you’re excited to start the day or are wishing that you could go back in time to Friday, I’ve got a delicious recipe that will make you forget all about this Monday business!

That’s right, we’re talking about burgers today. And more specifically, the best summer flavors to grill.

These Caprese Veggie Burgers are jam-packed with flavor and topped with tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella cheese. If you love anything filled with caprese ingredients, then these burgers were made for you! They make the perfect veggie cuisine for meat lovers and vegetarians!

These Caprese Veggie Burgers are jam-packed with flavor and topped with tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella cheese. If you love anything filled with caprese ingredients, then these burgers were made for you!

Now, I love meat and will never become a vegetarian. I can go days without meat, and sometimes do, but it’s not something that I do on purpose or will ever permanently forgo.

So when I was shopping at Target (my all-time favorite store) last week and found these MorningStar Farms Grillers Original, I decided to take the plunge and buy some for the hubster and I.

When the hubster saw these burgers in the freezer, I thought it eyes were going to pop out of his head! He loves meat and needs to have it for pretty much every single meal. But after I convinced the hubster that these burgers are full of the classic char-grilled flavor and suitable for meal-lovers everywhere, he decided to give them a chance.

And you know what? The hubster loved these Caprese Veggie Burgers.  Not only do these babies contain 57% less fat than regular burgers, but they’re juicy and fresh. The creamy mozzarella and fresh basil and tomatoes gave this burger the perfect amount of spice. And since the hubster and I are both caprese lovers, we couldn’t get enough of them.

These Caprese Veggie Burgers are jam-packed with flavor and topped with tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella cheese. If you love anything filled with caprese ingredients, then these burgers were made for you!

And like most of my recipes, these Caprese Veggie Burgers are so easy to make. Simply toss the burgers on the grill and cook until almost done. Place one slice of fresh mozzarella cheese onto each burger and close the grill lid. Leave the grill closed for 1-2 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Once the burgers are ready, top with tomato and basil. Couldn’t get any easier, right?

These Caprese Veggie Burgers also make the perfect summer meal to grill. Whether you have a taste for veggie burgers or have a different dietary need, MorningStar Farms has a selection for everyone. These burgers will be a hit at your next cook-out or summer get-together.

These Caprese Veggie Burgers are jam-packed with flavor and topped with tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella cheese. If you love anything filled with caprese ingredients, then these burgers were made for you!

But, they need a little culinary love and you sure jazzed it up to the 9s, Gayle! Then again, it’s you we are talking about, so Of COURSE you did! This burger looks terrific!
