5 minPrep Time
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 4 tablespoons hummus, divided
- 1 cup Eat Smart Beets and Greens Salad Kit
- 8 slices deli chicken
- Spread 2 tablespoons hummus on each tortilla.
- Add 1/2 cup Eat Smart Beets and Green Salad to each tortilla, followed by 4 slices of chicken.
- Drizzle dressing on top of chicken and add golden raisin and feta cheese (that are packaged with salad kit).
- Serve immediately.
