Cranberry Brie Bites
These Cranberry Brie Bites contain just four ingredients and can be prepped and ready to be devoured in less than 20 minutes. This easy appetizer is sweet, savory, and perfect for entertaining during the holiday season!
I swear I’m not going to be one of those people who talks about their kids dog all the time, but I just have to share…
I bought Callie a ‘Mrs. Claus’ dress to wear for Christmas! Too much?
Maybe…I first bought her a Christmas collar, complete with bells and gold bows. Callie wore it for her Christmas picture and didn’t mind it one bit. But, when I went into the pet store a few weeks ago, I just couldn’t pass up the little Christmas outfits they had. Since the hubster and I are taking her to my family’s house on Christmas, I wanted to be sure she was dressed to impress!
We’ll see how she takes it! I haven’t tried the dress on Callie yet, but I’m thinking she’ll be the cutest one prancing around on Christmas, don’t ya think?
And speaking of Christmas, do you have your holiday menus planned? Maybe it’s your job to host, or to just bring an appetizer, side dish, or dessert.
I’m bringing an appetizer and — you guessed it! — it’s these easy and oh-so delicious Cranberry Brie Bites! Now, I know these are nothing new. I’ve seen about a million versions of these floating around in Pinterest land, but I just had to try them for myself. And to put my own spin on them, of course!

I’m definitely one of those people who talks about their fur baby way to much, but I don’t care ’cause I just love the little guy 🙂 That outfit must be ADORABLE! I can’t wait to see pics!! I think our fur baby has more clothes than me, lol 😀 Callie is going to steal the spotlight everywhere she goes, that’s for sure!
Now, these bites…these are too pretty Gayle! And I LOVE brie…..maybe a little too much, but it doesn’t matter ’cause it’s the holidays, right 😉 ? Hubby and I are hosting a family get together in just over a week and these would be a lovely addition to the menu. I love that it’s just 4 ingredients and can be whipped up in no time at all…I’m sure they will be the first to disappear. Pinned, of course. Have a wonderful weekend, my friend!!
Ok glad you don’t mind, Dawn! I figured you wouldn’t since you have a fur baby, too! 🙂 Isn’t brie the best? I lose ALL self control around it, I just want to eat it ALL. Thanks for the kind words and pin, friend!

I used to ALWAYS dress Tater tot in clothes (my little dog who passed away), so I don’t judge! I think it’s cute!! I’d dress Dolce in clothes, but she’s too big.. womp womp. I hope you take pics of Callie in her holiday duds!! Anyways, love these bites!! It’s not the holidays without some brie and cranberries! Combining their yummy forces into one bite is heavenly!! Pinned! Cheers, Gayle!

Thank you, Nadia!
Awww Callie is going to be the CUTEST! We’ve never really tried to dress up Bear, and if we tried I don’t think they make his size, haha! He would probably just tear it right off anyways. These Cranberry Brie Bites look sooo good though – and the perfect way to use the mint growing on my patio 🙂
Thank you, Rachel! Callie’s boyfriend at the dog park is a huge dog, so I always joke that he needs to wear toddler clothes! 🙂 And thank you for the cranberry love!
LOL! I remember when I was younger I tried dressing up my cat…that didn’t go so well! Hopefully it goes better with your pup 😉 These look amazing, I’m on board with anything that involves brie so I approve!!
Haha I can imagine that cats would like it much less than dogs! 🙂 Thanks for the kind words, Denise!
What a fun idea to dress Callie up to impress! I’m sure she will be the belle of the ball! And now I wish I had some of these cranberry brie bites because they look so good!
Thanks, Rachelle! I sure hope she likes it! 🙂
