Quinoa bowls, smoothie bowls, and noodle bowls. All of those dishes can be served on a plate, but for some reason, it seems more comforting in a bowl. Am I right?
And with the winter being in the single digits and teens lately, I need all of the comfort food I can get! And while soup is high on my list of foods to eat just about every day, I also crave nourishing bowls with hearty ingredients.
And since I’m trying to stick to my goal of eating healthier this year, I found the perfect product to keep me on track. Have you heard of Village Harvest Rice & Grains? It’s natural and unprocessed, which makes it easiest to keep those New Year’s goals in mind. Their rice and grains are also filled with fiber, vitamins and antioxidants, along with a variety to choose from. So whatever your pleasure is, Village Harvest has a product designed for you.
