They are are also gluten free, perfect for weight management, provides energy and powerful nutrition. I never have to worry about getting some protein and fiber in my diet when I’m munching on almonds.

Almonds are also extremely versatile and can be used in a variety of recipes. Carrying almonds is also a great habit that’s easy and good for you, due to the protein, fiber, and healthy fats.
Did you know that a healthy handful of chopped or whole almonds provides up to 25% fewer calories than previously thought? Research also shows that munching on 1.5 ounces of almonds every day can curb appetite, without increasing body weight or calorie intake.
