It’s time to get wild and crazy today, friends!

Not only am I sharing pizza with you (practically a staple for Friday nights in my house), but it’s a Hawaiian pizza with a hashbrown crust. Crazy, right?

But, before I get into the recipe and all that good stuff, pizza on Friday nights reminds me of dinner with my family, more commonly known as FFF (Fast Food Friday). This tradition started several years ago, as Friday nights are always good to relax, unwind, and leave the cooking to restaurants. Am I right?

My parents often order pizza, some other form of take-out, or will go out to dinner. And that’s exactly what the hubster and I like to do on Friday nights, too. By the end of the week, I’m often too tired to cook and tell the hubster “We’re eating whatever you make or buy!” It’s pretty much my infamous line.

This Hawaiian Pizza with Hashbrown Crust features a cheesy, crispy hashbrown crust that's loaded with two types of meat, pineapple chunks, and melted, mozzarella cheese. Easy to make and full of flavor, this pizza will be your new favorite dish!

But when I had the opportunity to try Hungry Jack Hashbrowns, I got the brilliant idea to make my own pizza, with a hashbrown crust. And even better, it would serve as our Friday night pizza for the hubster and I. That means a night in and relaxing with a movie and some pizza. Sounds pretty good for the end of the week!

Have you tried Hungry Jack Hashbrowns? It’s a delicious way to put a fun twist in your dinners. After all, hashbrowns aren’t just for breakfast! Made with Idaho potatoes, you can make restaurant-quality hashbrowns in no time, which is perfect for dinner. I tried Hungry Jack Diner Style Cheesy Hashbrowns and it was fantastic! There is also a new Black Pepper & Onion flavor, which would be delicious in a variety of recipes.

There is also an exciting opportunity to enter the Hungry Jack Hashbrowns for Dinner Contest for your chance to win a grand prize trip to a NASCAR race on the Hungry Jack website. You can enter between May 9-June 19th. Good luck, friends! For more information about the contest, as well as a coupon, head on over to this site. You can also use the store locator to find out where to buy Hungry Jack Hashbrowns near you!

And since I’m all about the easy recipes (did you notice my new tagline? Where easy meets delicious!), you can be sure that this Hawaiian Pizza with Hashbrown Crust is simple to make and full of deliciousness. The crispy hashbrown crust gives this dish such as extra oomph of flavor!

And those toppings….zesty pizza sauce, fresh Canadian bacon, pineapple chunks, and crumbled bacon, all enveloped with mozzarella cheese. That is the essence of Hawaiian pizza, but kicked up a notch because of the hashbrown crust. Mmm mmm good!

Did I mention how easy this pizza is to make? Simply follow the directions on the Hungry Jack Hashbrowns carton to prepare the potatoes, and then fry them in a cast iron skillet. Then, it’s time to pile on the toppings! After everything is prepared, pop the skillet into the oven and let it work its magic.

One bite and you’ll be hooked on the crispy, cheesy, potato-y crust that’s packed with flavorful ingredients. This Hawaiian Pizza with Hashbrown Crust is the perfect dinner for Friday nights, or any other night!
