I have a weakness for fries. I try not to eat them too often (hello, carbs and endless calories), but sometimes, you just gotta give in. Especially in the summer. And especially with these cheeseburger fries.
I mean, the crispy, potato-y crunch from the fries, the ground beef, cheese (lots of cheese!), lettuce, tomatoes, and Hunt’s Best Ever Ketchup make pretty much the best combo ever.

And like most of my recipes, this loaded cheeseburger fries recipe is a breeze to whip up. But, you knew that was coming, right? To start, you’ll want to bake some frozen french fries (any kind you like) according to the package directions. While that’s in the oven, it’s time to prepare the ‘burger’ topping. In a large skillet, you’ll brown some lean ground beef, along with a combination of spices. And that secret ingredient that gives it the burger taste? Worcestershire sauce!
After the fries are baked and the ground beef is prepared, you’ll start to prepare the loaded fries. Sprinkle some shredded cheddar cheese on the fries and then place into the oven for several minutes to melt. Remove from the oven, top with the burger mixture, and then another layer of cheese. Pop it back into the oven to get all melty and ooey-gooey!
Then, it’s time for the toppings! Sprinkle some shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes over the fries, followed by a good drizzling of Hunt’s Best Ever Ketchup.
Easy peasy and oh-so delicious, friends!
Once you dig into these Loaded Cheeseburger Fries, you’ll love the taste, flavor and texture of this tasty appetizer. Perfect for summer, parties, get-togethers, and more, these cheeseburger fries will be the hit of the season!

Think I will add chopped scallions along with the lettuce for a bit of green color and a good onion flavor.
Thanks for the kind words, Steve! Chopped scallions sound like the perfect addition!
This was a fun dish to create. I also used cauliflower fries with regular fries and the combo is awesome. Mixed pickle with the meat. Yum! Yum!
I’m so happy to hear that, Christine! Cauliflower fries sounds like a delicious addition!
