Have I mentioned my love of yogurt before?
I adore yogurt. Greek yogurt, traditional yogurt, plain yogurt…I love it all. You might say that yogurt is a food item that I just can’t live without. Well, next to coffee and pizza, of course.
I always start out my mornings with yogurt and coffee. When I want an easy breakfast, I’ll grab a container of yogurt to indulge in, blend it into a smoothie, or add in some mix-ins, such as fruit or granola. But, whatever the case may be, you can bet yogurt is involved. I even try to sneak it into just about every baked goods that I can, such as this bread or those muffins.
And since it’s finally starting to feel like summer is on the horizon and spring is in full bloom, I’m all about lighter treats. And yogurt makes a delicious dessert, too! Yep, it’s not just for breakfast.
When I was shopping at Walmart last week, I remembered these Mini Caramel Apple Yogurt Pies that I created last fall, and decided to make a similar sweet treat for the warmer weather. Dannon® Light & Fit® is my go-to yogurt of choice, specifically their Strawberry Cheesecake Greek Yogurt. The creamy texture and fruity flavor steals my heart every time.
After loading up on some Dannon® Light & Fit® Strawberry Cheesecake Greek Yogurt, I headed over to pick up some Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust and, Reddi-wip® and fresh strawberries. I had the perfect, easy dessert in mind and couldn’t wait to whip it up.
These Mini Strawberry Peanut Butter Cheesecake Pies are filled with Dannon® Light & Fit® Strawberry Cheesecake Greek Yogurt, creamy peanut butter, and fresh strawberries. Easy to make and packed with flavor, you can enjoy this no-bake, simple dessert that’s perfect for the warmer weather!

Swirl in some peanut butter, diced strawberries, and top with Reddi-wip® and you have a deliciously sweet treat that’s good for you.
And like most of my recipes, these Mini Strawberry Peanut Butter Cheesecake Pies are a breeze to whip up. You’ll first start with a few Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust. It’s a pre-made pie crust, in mini form, which is the crunchy base of the pie. Then, you’ll add in some yogurt, peanut butter, and top with diced strawberries. Add some Reddi-wip® on top, and these pies are ready to be devoured.
So the next time you want to indulge in a healthier, sweet treat, grab those ingredients and whip up these simple Mini Strawberry Peanut Butter Cheesecake Pies!
