This Raspberry Moscato Mojito is filled with sweet Moscato, fresh raspberries, mint, and a touch of sweetness. This drink provides a unique twist on a classic favorite, with no rum needed!
I’m sort of picky about wines.
Not necessarily a wine snob, but more of sweet wine kind of girl. I can drink reds every once in a while, but I often opt for sweeter white wines or dessert type ones.
We have a winery-type restaurant in my area that I’m just crazy about. The food is amazing and their wine selection is phenomenal. The hubster and I are members of their wine club, we means we get a bottle of sweet wine every month, our choice!
While we don’t make it to this restaurant every month to pick up our wine (although we used to, as it’s my favorite place), we often have to pick up several bottles at a time whenever we stop in. And that’s fine by me because that just means I can drink more wine!
So needless to say, my wine rack is overflowing. Not necessarily a bad problem to have, right? It’s stocked with several bottles of my favorite wines, a sweet red, Riesling, and Moscato, among a variety of others. We even have one of those decanters where you can pour a whole bottle of wine into the top of it and then push the level to disperse the wine whenever you need to refill your glass.

So I guess it’s no surprise that when I wanted to make a summer cocktail, my mind automatically jumped to Moscato.
If you’re a lover of sweet white wines, then this Raspberry Moscato Mojito is perfect for you. It’s filled with sweet Moscato, fresh raspberries, mint, and a touch of sweetness. This drink provides a unique twist on a classic favorite, with no rum needed!
And if you also love mojitos, then this is the drink for you. This Raspberry Moscato Mojito couldn’t be easier to whip up. Unlike regular mojitos, I chose not to mull the ingredients together, but instead of stirred them into the wine. Not only did it make this drink more eye-appealing, but it blended the flavors perfectly together.
Sweet, refreshing, and full of flavor, this Raspberry Moscato Mojito will become your new favorite drink. It’s full of fresh ingredients and a great way to incorporate Moscato wine. And if you’re not a fan of rum, then you’ve found the ultimate mojito!
