This Strawberry Banana Frozen Yogurt is creamy, packed with protein, and contains just four ingredients. It’s also a fraction of the calories that you would find at frozen yogurt shop and tastes twice as good!
Now that we’re smack dab in the middle of the summer, I often crave ice cream or other frozen treats, especially after dinner.
In fact, I try not to make it a nightly habit, but sometimes my temptation for all things delicious and frozen gets the best of me. And it’s hard to resist when the hubster is devouring his fair share of ice cream!
And ever since those fro-yo places have been popping up over the past few years, I like to think that I’m snacking on a healthy treat, despite all of the brownie chunks, chocolate chips, and hot fudge that I always add to my dish.
But, frozen yogurt has come a long way in my mind. When I was little, the only fro-yo place around was TCBY, and it wasn’t anywhere near me. The few times that I did stop there, it just didn’t taste the best to me.

But now that all of these build-your-own yogurt places are on every street corner, my taste buds love this frozen treat. It could be the fact that the frozen yogurt is soft serve, or it could be that I can douse it in whatever toppings that I wish. But whatever the case may be, I’ve taken a liking to frozen yogurt over the past few years.
So when I had a taste for frozen yogurt a few weeks ago, I came up with this Strawberry Banana Frozen Yogurt. It’s creamy, packed with protein, and contains just four ingredients. This yogurt is also a fraction of the calories that you would find at frozen yogurt shop and tastes twice as good.
And best of all, this Strawberry Banana Frozen Yogurt is brusting with flavor, which means that no additional toppings are needed. Plus, I can make as much or as little as I want, and freeze the rest. Which means that when my frozen treat cravings kick in, I can run to the freezer and satisfy my cravings. Sounds pretty good, right?

And just incase you didn’t already guess, this Strawberry Banana Frozen Yogurt takes just minutes to make.
Simply blend some frozen strawberries and bananas, along with some Greek yogurt, sugar, and lemon juice. Within minutes, you have a creamy and refreshing treat. Eat it straight from the blender if you like your yogurt soft-serve, or freeze for several hours so that you can scoop it like ice cream. But either way, this frozen yogurt is a delicious treat.
So the next time your ice cream or fro-yo cravings hit, skip the ice cream shop and whip out your blender! I promise you’ll love the burst of fruitiness combined with the protein-packed yogurt!
