Air Fryer Chicken Thighs and Potatoes

Air Fryer Chicken Thighs and Potatoes recipe is an easy meal that’s ready in 30 minutes.

Tender, juicy chicken and crispy potatoes cook together to make a meal that the whole family will enjoy!


- Chicken thighs - Garlic powder - Dried thyme - Onion powder

Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Brush each side of chicken lightly with olive oil. Set aside.

In a large bowl, add potatoes and drizzle with olive oil, tossing to combine. Set aside.

In a small bowl, add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, dried thyme, onion powder, salt and pepper.

Sprinkle evenly over both sides of chicken and the remaining seasonings over potatoes and stir well to combine.

Place chicken thighs in an even layer in air fryer basket.
