Arugula and Prosciutto Puff Pastry Pizza

Simple, fresh, and bursting with flavor, this lighter pizza is perfect for busy weeknights and is sure to be a mealtime winner!

• Puff pastry

ingredients

• Olive oil

• Fresh arugula

• Prosciutto

• Shredded mozzarella

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper or grease with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

Unroll puff pastry dough and use a rolling pin to spread out lightly. Cut the dough in half and fold edges over to create a crust. Place onto prepared baking pan.

Drizzle each half with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and then lightly prick dough with a fork. Bake for 5-7 minutes.

Remove pan from oven and top each half with 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Continue to bake for 7-10 minutes, or until crust is golden.

Remove, and if needed, lightly prick air bubble on crust to deflate. Top each half with arugula, prosciutto, and shaved Parmesan cheese.
