Place layer of banana slices on the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine the oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine the mashed bananas, milk, eggs, honey, and vanilla bean paste/extract.
Pour oat mixture into wet ingredients and stir until combined.
Pour over banana slices in baking dish.
