Berry Cream Cheese Turnovers

Light, fluffy, and bursting with a creamy fruit center, these Berry Cream Cheese Turnovers are perfect for breakfast, a mid-morning snack, or dessert!

The center of these Berry Cream Cheese Turnovers contain a mixture of sweetened cream cheese and mixed berries, which pairs perfectly with the flaky, buttery biscuit.

Ingredients

- Cream cheese - Sugar - Mixed berries - Biscuit dough

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper or grease lightly with cooking spray. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in mixed berries.

Separate each biscuit in half so that you end up with 16 biscuits. Press each biscuit into a large circle onto prepared pan until almost double in size.

Spoon two tablespoons of cream cheese mixture onto the center of eight biscuits.

Take the remaining biscuits with no cream cheese and place each one of top of the cream cheese biscuits, pressing down to seal.
