Chicken Parmesan Burgers

With fresh mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce, this easy dinner is perfect for burger night!

• Ground chicken


• Marinara sauce

• Parmesan cheese

• Salt and pepper

• Mozzarella cheese slices


In a large mixing bow, combine chicken, ¼ cup marinara sauce, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, onion and garlic powders, salt and pepper.


Mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, or burgers will be tough. Form mixture into four even patties.


Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the burgers for 4-5 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165℉.


While the burgers are cooking, heat the remaining ½ cup of marinara sauce in a small saucepan.


Once the burgers are cooked, remove them from the heat, add a heaping spoonful of marinara and top with a slice of fresh mozzarella.
