Creamy Sausage and Mushroom Rigatoni

Hearty, comforting, and all-around delicious, this meal-time favorite is sure to be a winner all year long!

• Rigatoni noodles


• Italian sausage

• Baby bella mushrooms

• Garlic

• Italian seasoning


Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.


In a large skillet, cook and crumble sausage until no longer pink. Drain and set aside.


In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.


Cook for 5-6 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and most of the liquid is evaporated.


Add heavy cream to the same skillet and stir to combine. Bring mixture to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
