Healthy Apple Pie Smoothie

This Healthy Apple Pie Smoothie is made with simple ingredients and captures the flavor of the classic pie.

Filled with healthier ingredients, this fall smoothie is perfect for apple season!


- Two fresh apples - Milk of choice - Greek yogurt - Honey - Apple pie spice

Add all ingredients to the canister of a blender.

Blend until it reaches your desired consistency and add more milk to thin out the smoothie, if needed.

Taste and add more honey/maple syrup to sweeten, if desired.

Serve immediately.

Any kind of apple can be used for this smoothie. I prefer a sweeter kind, such as honey crisp, but if you have more tart/less sweet apples, you can add more honey/maple syrup  to sweeten.
