Honey Garlic Chicken Stir Fry

Fresh vegetables and chicken are tossed in a sweet and savory sauce and can be served with noodles or rice. This simple recipe is a dish that the whole family will enjoy!

• Baby bella mushrooms


• Chicken breasts

• Bell peppers

• Soy sauce

• Honey


In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add veggies and season with salt and pepper. Saute until tender, about 10-12 minutes.


Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds. Remove veggies to a separate plate and set aside.


In the same skillet, add the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until no longer pink, about 4-5 minutes per side.


While chicken is cooking, whisk chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a small bowl until smooth.


Add veggies back to skillet with chicken, pour the stir fry sauce over chicken and veggies, and heat until sauce is boiling and becomes thick, about 1 minute.
