Honey Garlic Salmon Quinoa Bowl

This Honey Garlic Salmon and Quinoa Bowl is a flavorful and delicious, protein-packed meal. It’s filled with hearty quinoa, fresh corn, cherry tomatoes, and herbs.

• Salmon filets


• Garlic powder

• Quinoa

• Cherry tomatoes

• Red onion


Place salmon on a parchment paper-lined baking tray.


In a small bowl, add honey, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Lightly brush over salmon.


Bake until salmon flakes easily.


While salmon is baking, prepare the quinoa. In a medium pot, add quinoa and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, and then simmer until liquid is absorbed.


While quinoa is cooking, place corn into boiling water and boil for about 5 minutes.
