Raspberry Chia Jam

Fresh raspberries and protein-packed chia seeds make up the base of this easy jam, which is perfect for topping toast, bagels, and oatmeal!

• Frozen raspberries

• Honey

• Lemon juice

• Chia seed

Add raspberries to a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat until raspberries break down and becomes liquidy, about 8-10 minutes.

Remove pan from heat. Press raspberries with the back of a spoon or potato masher.

Stir in honey and lemon juice. Add more to sweeten, if desired. Add chia seeds and stir. Let stand until thickened.

4.

If you want a thicker texture, add more chia seeds, 1 teaspoon at a time, until it reaches your desired consistency.

5.

Transfer to a mason jar with lid or air tight container and let cool completely.
