Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli

With just four ingredients, this simple veggie is tender, yet slightly crispy and all-around delicious!

• Fresh broccoli florets


• Olive oil

• Garlic powder

• Salt and pepper

• Lemon juice


To start, you’ll want to cut a few heads of broccoli into florets. If you’re short on time, you can use some pre-cut florets in your grocery store.


Place the florets onto a large baking pan lined with parchment paper or lightly greased with cooking spray.


Drizzle florets with olive oil and then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss everything to coat.


Spread in an even layer and then squeeze the juice of one lemon over top of broccoli.


Roast until ends become slightly crisp.
