Roasted Garlic Parmesan Broccoli

Prepped and cooked in one pan, you’ll have this Roasted Garlic Parmesan Broccoli ready in no time!

• Broccoli

ingredients

• Olive oil

• Garlic

• Parmesan cheese

• Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper or coat with non-stick cooking spray. Place broccoli onto prepared pan.

Add olive oil, minced garlic grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

Toss to combine, then spread in an even layer on baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until tender.

5.

Remove from oven, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese, and squeeze lemon juice on top (if desired).
