Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
This Roasted Garlic Cauliflower is loaded with flavor and ready in just 30 minutes. Fresh cauliflower is seasoned with garlic and a hint of Parmesan cheese, resulting in a crispy bite. Simple to make and perfect to serve for an easy side dish!
Servings: 4 servings
- 1 head of cauliflower , cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper , to taste
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 425F.
Spread cauliflower in a single layer onto a baking tray.
Drizzle with olive oil. Lightly toss with a spoon to ensure each piece is coated.
Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until tops are browned, stirring cauliflower half way through to ensure even baking.
Remove from oven and top with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
