Ingredients

  • 2 (1.9 ounce) boxes mini frozen fillo shells (will make 30 bites)
  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
  • Whipped cream, for garnish (optional)
  • Crushed graham crackers, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Arrange fillo shells on a serving tray or pan.
  • Spoon about 1 tablespoon (about 3 cherries) into each cup.
  • If not serving right away, refrigerate (see note below).
  • Right before serving, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers, if desired.

Notes

  • Cherry Pie Bites are best served right away, as the fillo shells may get soggy from the pie filling.
  • If preparing ahead of time, refrigerate and then top with whipped cream just before serving.
