Ingredients

  • 15 mini phyllo cups
  • ½ cup diced brie (roughly 1 teaspoon of diced brie per phyllo cup)
  • 4 tablespoons cranberry sauce divided
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Place phyllo cups in an even layer onto a medium baking pan. Place one cube of diced brie into each cup.
  • Bake cups until brie is melted, for about 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and spoon cranberry sauce over each cup. Top with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
