This White Chocolate Fudge Pudding is creamy, rich, and bursting with flavor. White chocolate pudding is layered with hot fudge and festive chocolate chips. It's easy to make and so much better than the store-bought kind!

In a medium saucepan, heat ¾ cup heavy cream until the edges start to bubble.
Remove from heat and add in white chocolate. Stir until completely melted and smooth. Set aside to cool for about 10 minutes.
While mixture is cooling, add ¾ cup heavy cream to a large bowl. Beat until stiff peaks form with an electric hand mixer.
When white chocolate mixture is cooled, gently fold into whipped cream. Mixture will be thin, and that's ok.
In four medium glasses or one serving bowl, layer ¼ cup of chocolate chips on bottom, followed by ¼ cup hot fudge, followed by white chocolate pudding. Repeat with a second layer. Refrigerate until firm, for about an hour.
