Ingredients

  • 1 medium cantaloup cut into 1-inch cubes (or you can use the pre-cut cubes of cantaloupe found in fruit section of most grocery stores)
  • ½ pound prosciutto sliced into thin strips
  • 1 (8 ounce) package fresh mozzarella pearls
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling if desired

Instructions

  • Using a cocktail skewer or toothpick, thread one piece of cantaloupe, followed by a slice of prosciutto, mozzarella pearl, and basil leaf.
  • Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Just before serving, drizzle with balsamic glaze, if desired.
