¼cupgrated Parmesan cheese
4teaspoonsfresh rosemarychopped
4teaspoonsfresh thymechopped

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper or foil.
Place ears on prepared pan and spread 1 tablespoon of Land O Lakes® Soft Squeeze™ Spread onto each ear. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or just until corn starts to brown, turning occasionally so corn does not burn. Remove from oven.
While corn is roasting, in a small bowl, combine grated Parmesan, rosemary, thyme, and garlic powder.
Once corn is roasted, spread each ear with Land O Lakes® Soft Squeeze™ Spread and then sprinkle Parmesan herb mixture over each ear. Top with fresh parsley, if desired.
