Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup milk any kind
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
  • 2 packets Truvia Natural Sweetener about 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom
  • teaspoon ginger
  • teaspoon nutmeg
  • Dash of cloves

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together oats, milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, Truvia Natural Sweetener, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.
  • Pour into two mason jars or an airtight container(s) with lid. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, so that the oats will soften and absorb the liquid.
