2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (or 3 medium) 3 medium carrots peeled and sliced (about 1 cup) ½ yellow onion diced 2 teaspoons minced garlic ½ teaspoon dried oregano ½ teaspoon dried rosemary ½ teaspoon dried thyme ½ teaspoon salt Black pepper to taste 2 bay leaves 6 cups low sodium chicken broth 1½ cups 2% milk 6 ounces egg noodles Fresh parsley chopped
