Strawberry Mocha Pops
These Strawberry Mocha Pops are filled with mocha iced coffee and topped with a sweet strawberry layer. With just a few ingredients and hardly any prep work, this is the perfect treat to satisfy you sweet tooth!
Servings: 6 -8 pops
- ¾ cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup water
- ½ tablespoon white sugar
- 2 cups International Delight Iced Coffee in Mocha
In the canister of a blender, add the strawberries, water, and white sugar. Blend until completely smooth.
Pour into pop molds, filling about 1/3 of the way. Freeze for about 20-25 minutes, or until mostly solid.
Remove from freezer and pour International Delight Iced Coffee in Mocha over strawberry layer, filling to the top of mold.
Freeze for about 20-25 minutes, or until starts to solidify. Add pop stick and freeze until sold, about 2-3 hours.
