Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh apple cider
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 apple cored and cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons Tate+Lyle® Honey Granules or honey to sweeten
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Enough ice to fill the blender ¾ full

Instructions

  • In the canister of a blender, combine the apple cider, yogurt, apple, Tate+Lyle® Honey Granules, and ice. Blend until reaches desired consistency.
  • Pour into two tall glasses, top with an apple slice (if desired) and serve immediately.

Notes

I chose to leave the skin on the apple, but feel free to peel if you prefer.
