Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Set aside.
Unroll each crescent into eight triangles. On each triangle, top with ½ teaspoon of cookie butter, followed by ½ teaspoon of chocolate chips.
Starting from the wide end, roll up into a crescent. Sprinkle cinnamon over tops of rolls.
Place on prepared baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool on pan for 5 minutes.
Notes
Chocolate Cookie Butter Crescents will keep covered on the counter for about five days.To restore the melty inside of the crescent, microwave for about 10 seconds.
