No Bake Snickers Peanut Butter Bars are an easy dessert that's ready in no time. Featuring a creamy peanut butter base, caramel, peanuts, and chocolate, this simple treat requires no oven and tastes just like the classic candy bar!
Lightly grease an 18x13 half-sheet baking pan with cooking spray and then line with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt 4 cups peanut butter and butter, stirring until smooth and well combined. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla until well combined. Spread peanut butter mixture evenly onto prepared baking pan.
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the caramels and milk, stirring often until melted and smooth. Add in peanuts and stir to combine. Spread caramel mixture evenly over peanut butter mixture.
In a microwave safe bowl, heat chocolate chips and 4 tablespoons peanut butter in 30 second increments, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
Pour chocolate mixture over caramel layer and spread evenly. Sprinkle with sea salt, if desired. Allow bars to chill for at least 8 hours, or in the refrigerator overnight. Let sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before cutting into squares. Keep chilled.
Notes
Bars will last in the refrigerator for up to five days.
