Air Fryer Cheesy Garlic Bread is crispy, buttery, cheesy, and ready in just 15 minutes. Loaded with melty cheese and lots of garlic, this cheesy bread makes a delicious side dish or easy appetizer!
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (if your air fryer has this function). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or line with air fryer parchment paper (just incase cheese bubbles over).
Place the bread slices in the air fryer and cook for 3 minutes to get the bread crisp. You will need to work in batches.
As bread is cooking, in a microwaveable safe bowl, melt butter and then add minced garlic and pesto to it, stirring well to combine. Spread mixture onto each slice of bread once it's done cooking.
In a medium bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, and Colby Jack cheeses together. Sprinkle a generous helping onto each slice of bread and then sprinkle each slice with Italian seasoning.
Working in batches, place slices into air fryer basket (being careful not to overlap) and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Repeat with rest of slices. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
Notes
Garlic bread will last wrapped in aluminum foil in the refrigerator for up to four days.
To reheat, place in the Air Fryer and heat for 2-3 minutes, or until warmed through.
