Ingredients

  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • ¾ cup milk (I used 2%)
  • ½ cup canned pure pumpkin
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • Toppings: whipped cream, pumpkin pie spice, or caramel sauce (if desired)

Instructions

  • In the canister of a blender, add the vanilla ice cream, milk, pumpkin, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice. Blend until it reaches your desired consistency. If needed, add a bit more milk to thin out.
  • Pour into two glasses and garnish with whipped cream, pumpkin pie spice, and/or a drizzle of caramel sauce, if desired. Serve immediately.
