  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 frozen banana cut into chunks
  • 1 cup brewed coffee chilled
  • 1 cup milk any kind
  • ¼ cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract


  • In the canister of a blender, combine the ice, banana, coffee, milk, oats, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend until reaches desired consistency. If needed, add more honey to sweeten.
  • Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
