Chicken Broccoli Stuffing Casserole

This Chicken Broccoli Stuffing Casserole is an easy, five-ingredient dish that's ready in less than an hour. Made with tender chicken, savory stuffing, and broccoli, this is the perfect comfort food recipe!

  • 1 (6 ounce) package chicken stuffing mix
  • 2 cups cubed or shredded cooked chicken (see note)
  • 2-3 cups frozen broccoli florets thawed
  • 1 (10¾ ounce) can condensed broccoli cheese soup undiluted
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 11x7-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Prepare the stuffing mix according to package directions, using 1½ cups water. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken, broccoli florets, soup, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Spread evenly into the prepared baking dish. Top with stuffing and then sprinkle evenly with shredded cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. The uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer, or until heated through. Serve immediately.


  • *Chicken: I like to use the pre-cooked, shredded rotisserie chicken that you can find near the deli section of your grocery store.
