Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby potatoes halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese plus more for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  • In a large bowl, add halved potatoes and olive oil. Toss to coat. Add garlic powder, thyme, salt, paprika, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat, ensuring each potato is coated in seasonings.
  • Place the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry for 10 minutes. Remove basket, shake, and fry for another 3-5 minutes, or until fork tender.
  • Remove from air fryer and top with more Parmesan cheese, if desired.

Notes

**It's important that potatoes remain in a single layer when cooking, so you may need to cook in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.**
Potatoes were made using my 5.8 QT Air Fryer.
