Blend until it reaches your desired consistency and add more milk to thin out the smoothie, if needed. Taste and add more honey/maple syrup to sweeten, if desired.

Notes
No need to peel the apples! The chopped apple chunks will blend smoothly and there will be no gritty texture.
Any kind of apple can be used for this smoothie. I prefer a sweeter kind, such as honey crisp, but if you have more tart/less sweet apples, you can add more honey/maple syrup to sweeten.
I find that apple pie spice gives this smoothie a better apple pie flavor than ground cinnamon, though both are just as delicious. If you are out of apple pie spice, you can make your own with cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, and cardamom.
