Servings 10 chicken legs

Ingredients

  • 10-12 chicken legs
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390℉ (if your model has this option).
  • Pat chicken legs dry with a paper towel and then add to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, add brown sugar, corn starch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and paprika. Stir to combine. Sprinkle seasoning over chicken legs and toss to coat, ensuring each leg is coated in the seasoning mixture.
  • Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or spray well with cooking spray. Place the chicken legs in an even, single layer with a little room between each one so the air can circulate (you may need to cook in batches, depending on the size and amount of legs).
  • Cook for 10 minutes, then remove basket and flip each leg over, and continue to cook for another 8-10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165℉. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Chicken legs will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
