Air Fryer French Toast is a quick and easy breakfast that cooks in minutes and comes out perfectly golden every time. With simple ingredients and no stovetop required, this method creates crisp edges, a soft center, and consistent results!
8slicesthick bread, such as Texas toast or brioche
Instructions
Preheat your Air Fryer to 370℉ (if your model has this option).
In a medium bowl, whisk milk, eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Dip each slice of bread into egg mixture and lightly press down to coat both sides. Let excess drip off before placing into the air fryer basket.
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or spray well with cooking spray. Place each slice in an even, single layer in basket, leaving a little space between each slice. You will most likely need to work in batches, as my model fit 4 slices per batch.
Cook for 4 minutes, remove basket and flip each slice of bread, and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown. Serve immediately with butter and/or maple syrup, if desired.
