Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip (thawed)
  • Sliced strawberries, apples, pretzels, graham crackers, etc. (for serving)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla and beat very well using a hand mixer until smooth. Tip: make sure your cream cheese is softened well, otherwise you'll end up with little chunks in the dip.
  • Gently fold in Cool Whip until combined. Serve immediately with fruit, pretzels, graham crackers, etc. or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Dip will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days.
