Slow Cooker Honey Balsamic Pork Loin
Slow Cooker Honey Balsamic Pork Loin is a simple dish that's loaded with cozy flavors. Made with just a few ingredients, this pork comes out tender, juicy, and drizzled with the most delicious honey balsamic glaze!
- 2-3 pound boneless pork loin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Cornstarch and water to thicken if desired
Line slow cooker with a slow cooker liner or lightly grease with non-stick cooking spray.
Season pork on both sides with garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.Place pork into slow cooker.
In a small bowl, whisk chicken broth, honey, balsamic vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over pork.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Move pork to a serve board and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
If sauce is too thin, whisk cornstarch (about 2 tablespoons) and water together in a small bowl or cup. Add to slow cooker and whisk until sauce is thicken.
