How to make Slow Cooker Honey Balsamic Pork Loin:

  • To start, you’ll want to spray your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray or use a plastic liner for easy cleanup.
  • Spices are key! This will give the pork loin great flavor. A simple mix of garlic powder, thyme, salt and pepper is all you need to rub over the pork.
  • To prepare that cozy honey balsamic glaze, whisk together chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, honey, and Worcestershire sauce and then pour over the pork loin.
  • Set your slow cooker to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • The sauce is delicious as is, but if you prefer it to be a bit thicker, you can mix cornstarch and water into the slow cooker, along with the glaze. This will give it that thicker texture.
