This quick breakfast pizza recipe is made with eggs, bacon, and two types of cheese! It uses a store-bought crust, so it's super easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) tube refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons milk (any kind)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 6 slices bacon , cooked, drained, and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a 13x9-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Unroll crust onto pan and flatten dough to edge of pan. Pinch edges of dough upward to make a crust.
  • Brush dough with olive oil and then prick with a fork. Bake 7-8 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add eggs and cook over medium heat until set. Spoon eggs evenly over pizza crust. Sprinkle with bacon and cheeses.
  • Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese melts. Remove from oven and cut into squares.
