Ingredients

  • 1 (20 ounce) package fresh tortellini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 (15 ounce) container Buitoni Marinara Sauce or sauce of choice
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  • Cook Buitoni Three Cheese Tortellini according to package directions. Drain, toss with a touch of olive oil, and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add spinach and tomatoes, saute until spinach is wilted and tomatoes start to blister.
  • Turn heat to low, add cooked tortellini and Buitoni Marinara Sauce. Stir until combined and heat over low until warmed.
  • Remove from heat. Add feta cheese and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
