Spinach and Feta Tortellini
This Spinach and Feta Tortellini is fresh, flavorful, and ready in less than 30 minutes. Cheese tortellini is tossed in a zesty marinara sauce and sprinkled with fresh spinach and crumbled feta cheese. - 1 (20 ounce) package fresh tortellini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) container Buitoni Marinara Sauce or sauce of choice
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Cook Buitoni Three Cheese Tortellini according to package directions. Drain, toss with a touch of olive oil, and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add spinach and tomatoes, saute until spinach is wilted and tomatoes start to blister.
Turn heat to low, add cooked tortellini and Buitoni Marinara Sauce. Stir until combined and heat over low until warmed.
Remove from heat. Add feta cheese and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
